Residential Carpet Cleaning
The carpeting in your home is one of your biggest investments, with replacement cost easily running into thousands of dollars. The life and lasting beauty of your carpets is highly dependent on your maintenance and cleaning program. The first critical component in maintenance and cleaning is routine vacuuming coupled with rapid response to spots and spills. As your carpet serves as a collection point for everything that is tracked in or settles out of the air, it is crucial that every carpet, even the best maintained, must be professionally cleaned regularly to maintain peak performance. Using the most advanced equipment available, combined with our all natural solutions, and performed by our certified IICRC technicians, you can rest comfortably knowing that the job will get done correctly. The following are the steps we take to ensure that we meet or exceed your expectations.
Residential Upolstery Cleaning
Your furniture has served you well over the years by providing you with a comfortable place to relax, gather with friends and family, hosting super bowl parties and the kids’ slumber parties, or maybe as your pets’ favorite place to sleep. Over time, food stains, beverage spills, pet hair and dander will take its toll on even the best maintained upholstery. Perhaps it is time you returned the favor by having Biosteam Carpet Care clean your favorite sofa or chair. Our certified upholstery cleaners are trained to identify different fabrics and apply the correct cleaning method to ensure your furniture is restored to its’ original beauty.
Biosteam Carpet Care will happily shift smaller furniture items – Sofas, Chairs, Foot Stools, End Tables, Coffee Tables, Night Stands, Small Beds, & Cribs. We cannot be responsible for the moving of large furniture. This includes but is not limited to large dressers, bookcases, beds, televisions, or entertainment centers. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to clear any articles off of the floor before cleaning begins. This includes toys, books, magazines or anything that would get in the way of the cleaning process or anything that could be damaged by moisture.
